Title:  Birds of a Feather
#22: Weapon
Fanfiction [Dollhouse] SPN
Characters/Pairings: Dean(papa); Victor;  Handler (Danny)
Rating:  PG-13 (mild violence)
Warnings:  none
Disclaimer: I do not own any part/plot/character/idea from Dollhouse or Supernatural. I am just using them to keep myself entertained.
Summary: Papa's(dean) handler notes some common links.
Author's Notes: Same universe as the first one, just a little more rambling.

Danny concentrated on the dual actives on their eye cams, it wasn't frequent that both Dean and Victor were permitted on the same job. Usually it was only when the government contracted them out.  Watching as they took out the threat of the kidnappers he could see why. These two were; walking, talking, breathing weapons. Danny knew that at the moment these two were imprinted with minds from the best and brightest the countries marines, but that wasn't what made them weapons.
There was no way the dollhouse would take credit, little broken soldiers wasn't a good for a business.

Title:  Trust
#12: Trust
Fanfiction [Dollhouse] SPN
Rating: PG
Warnings: none
Disclaimer: I do not own any part/plot/character/idea from Dollhouse or Supernatural. I am just using them to keep myself entertained.
Summary: Papa meets his first handler.
Author's Notes: none

"Do you trust me?"
The Handler looked over confused at Topher, the tech shrugged and waived for him to repeat the statement hoping it was something to smooth out. He turned back to his computers and frowned slightly.  There was too much brain activity, frowning he rent back to work trying to sort out the under lying memories that were being reached.

"Do you trust me?"

"Aren't you listening, NO!" Topher looked back over at the sound of anger from the active. It was sporadic for them to embrace authentic emotions.

"Why don't you trust Matt?"
"He's not Sammy."

Title:  An Unsigned Contract
#4: Drink
Fanfiction [Dollhouse] SPN
Characters/Pairings: DeWitt; Josezina(Angel)
Rating:  PG
Warnings:  none
Disclaimer: I do not own any part/plot/character/idea from Dollhouse or Supernatural. I am just using them to keep myself entertained.
Summary:  How Dean arrived.
Author's Notes: Same universe as the first one, just a little more rambling.

"Adelle DeWitt", A voice called behind her and she turned a woman stood before her. "My name is Josezina, I have the need of a contract."

"I'm sorry, do I know you"; DeWitt replied without a thought as she moved across the room to her bar and poured herself a glass. "Care for a drink?" A blank face was her only reply. "Take that as a no. Why do you need a contract."

"It is not I that will be commissioning the Contract", Adelle would never admit it but she was intrigued.

"Then what commission would be?"

"Dean Michael Winchester."

Title: Fascinated
Prompt: #4, Drink
Fanfiction: Merlin
Characters/Pairings: Slight Arthur→Merlin
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: So not mine.
Summary: Arthur imagines a next time that will never happen.
Author's Notes: Um, first attempt at writing in the Merlin universe. Be gentle?

Merlin has very blue eyes, and Arthur thinks it's a shame he hadn't noticed them before, because they are indeed very pretty to look at, though it doesn't help that they keep distracting him.

"Maybe next time," Merlin is saying pointedly, frowning. Arthur thinks this is a habit he must break Merlin out of, as it's only serving to make his ears look bigger, really.

"Are you paying attention?" Merlin asks, scowling harder now, and his eyes flash for a second, angry and something else.

Arthur nods, feeling ridiculously disoriented and drunk, and imagines next times that will never happen.

Title: Fate
Challenge/Prompt: #4 Drink
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: FOB, Bandom
Characters/Pairings: (if applies) Pete Wentz
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I do not own these people, they own themselves.
Summary: Sometimes true love cannot be denied.
Author's Notes: Just some random Crack!Fic.

Being careful sneaking back in as he was sneaking out of the bus, Pete couldn’t help but let out a slight chuckle.

He got away with it again.

He wasn’t sure if it was the several drinks he had consumed earlier in the evening, but he couldn’t keep himself away from the other any longer. They were destined to be together and that was the only thing that mattered.

Pulling out the squirming ball of fluff from his pocket he sat next to Patrick who was glaring back at him.

“You stole Gerard Way’s hamster again?”

“We’re meant to be.”

Title: Precious Time
Challenge/Prompt: #4, drink.
Original Fiction or Fanfiction: Naruto
Characters/Pairings: Uchiha Madara/Senjuu Hashirama (Shodai Hokage)
Rating: PG13
Warnings: naked ninjas, Madara.
Disclaimer: I take the characters that belong to other people and make them do stuff together. That’s how I roll.
Summary: It’s not often that the leaders of two of the most powerful ninja clans get some alone time.
Author’s Notes: n/a

The hours they got together were too short, he decided, as he drank deeply of that peculiar scent that he always associated with the Uchiha. Spicy, like wood smoke. It wasn’t surprising that an Uchiha would smell of fire, but it was surprising that Hashirama would savor it.

Underneath his attentions, Madara sighed, shifted a little. Looking up from where his nose was pressed into the other’s chest, the Senjuu caught a glimpse of dark eyes.

“Like what you smell?” Madara asked. In response Hashirama pushed his nose against a spot he knew was ticklish, and their laughter rang out.

Title: Dangerous Instinct
Challenge/Prompt: Drink
Original Fiction
Rating: PG13
Warnings: None
A/N: The desire to drink blood...

A steady shudder surged through his body as she pressed herself up against him. He struggled to stop his fangs from pushing through to the surface, a constant reminder that he was never in complete control of his dangerous instinct. Crushing his mouth closed, his eyes watered, as sharp teeth scraped against his bottom lip, drawing two thin ribbons of blood that rippled jaggedly down his chin: crimson, welling, and defiant.

“You’ll protect me, won’t you?”

He grunted, gasping for air, unable to respond to her. His heart said yes, but the rest of him undeniably said no.

Title: Fool Me
Challenge/Prompt: #4, Drink
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Original fic
Characters/Pairings: D. Risoria, Fei Hua
Rating: Er, PG-13 for mention of drug use?
Warnings: none
Disclaimer: none
Summary: In which our protagonist finds himself a little lighter in the accessories department, and the author has too much fun referencing kung fu flicks.
Author's Notes: Really, his judgment isn't terribly sound at the best of times.

He recognizes her from the opium den; she robbed him once, when he was lucid enough to notice but not enough to care. "Come," she calls, tipping a clear carafe over the slotted spoon balanced across the rim of a glass. Water sluices around the sugar cube placed there, turning the jade green liquid below a cloudy white. "Drink with me."

"I'd rather keep my watch today, thank you," he says dryly, but pulls up a chair.

Stroking his hand with an indulgent smile, she turns languidly to gesture for another glass, an all-too-familiar diamond cufflink winking from her sleeve.

Title: No Regard
Challenge/Prompt: #4, Drink
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: original

Rating: G
Warnings: none
Disclaimer: none
Summary: Bully stomps toad.
Author's Notes: More than 100 words would do this story better justice.

I had been disgusted with the vile girl three years my junior for the entirety of the family reunion. Her manners were atrocious, her demeanor obnoxious. She was the center of all trouble that existed.

The straw that broke the camel’s back was when she stomped the toad. I watched in utter disbelief, frozen to the spot and shaking at the sight of that toad suddenly flat and oozing on the walk. She cackled and scraped her shoe.

Later that day, I spat in her drink strangely satisfied, but confident the toad still got the worse end of the deal.

Welcome back! Thanks again to everyone who participated in last week's prompt: readers, writers, and commenters alike.

If you're visiting us for the first time, we're glad to have you. Feel free to jump in and have a go at our fourth prompt.

This week's prompt is... #4: Drink.

At first glance, the word "drink" appears quite simple, but then when you start to consider a few questions, complexity enters into the picture. Perhaps you might ask yourself a direct set of questions, for example: "What, where, how, why is my character drinking?" Also consider what physical sensory part of their body they are drinking with: their mouth, or how about their eyes? The possible questions and answers you could focus on are very broad, leaving this week's prompt very open-ended.

If you'd like to read over the definition of the word "drink", click here for Merriam-Webster's official write up.

Whatever your preferred drink may be, remember to keep it to 100 words!

Please follow the posting format in the official [community profile] fiction_drabbles profile, and show us what you can do!
