Title: Here Where the Wild Things Are
Challenge/Prompt: #54: colorful
Original Fiction: [personal profile] swannystories
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Summary: A bag of scraps makes beasts.

When Selphie and Mira got back, the boys were gone. Instead, there were beasts. An Allerleirauh, patched red and fluoro, sat with its legs over a demon; the demon, dressed in smart zebra stripes, looked distinctly unimpressed.

Mira stifled a snort.

"I'm guessing that's all the scrap fabric then," Selphie said. The demon sighed, and pointed at the kitchen bench.

"You've got to be kidding me." Mira shook her head. "You're both nuts."

"It's your turn," crowed the Allerleirauh. Selphie grinned at Mira.

"Listen to the beast," she said, and pulled Mira along to dress.

Behind them, the beasts laughed.

Title: a room of his own.
Challenge/Prompt: #54: Colorful
Original Fiction
Characters
: Patrick
Rating: G
Warnings: none
Summary: boys will be boys.
Author's Notes: This is what happens when I spend some time in The Devil Wears Prada fandom.

Patrick thinks that it is the very bestest room in the whole world. It smells comfortable, and he likes the way his feet shiver against the hardwood. His favourite part is how it’s hidden away from the rest of the house, a secret club for him and not stupid Robby. And the clothes! Silks, and cashmeres, and linens; muted earth, peat, and stone intermingling with bossier amethyst and ruby; full skirts like ripe peaches with decorative embroidery and pearly blouses with lace sleeves, empire dresses ink-black with diamond trim and sharp three-piece suits in schoolyard navy.

His own treasures. His.
