The offer was tempting. It really was. But he was already past the point of no return, and he had crossed that when the local news agency were all announcing that he was a fraud, by his own admission.
He would have to refuse it.
And at this point in time, it probably wasn’t a bad thing.
Seeing how Jim wasn’t even talking to him. He lost everything, at least the tings he had been working on, but he would bounce back, he always did. Just a readjustment in thinking. But this time, it was going to take some time.
