She had hinted that she liked to be choked during sex. Oxygen deprivation heightened arousal, she claimed.
He ignored her requests… until today.
Earlier, she had insisted, selecting his Hermes silk tie for him to wrap around her neck.
“Tighter,” she urged, scraping her nails down his back. He obliged, twisted the silk firmly around his fists and squeezed.
’What am I… what the… her lips are fucking blue!’
Panic gripped him, he slapped her face, hard.
She gasped, coughed and rolled onto her side. Shaking with relief, he smacked her ass and swore, “Never again!”

It's a bit scary what you find by following links at Wikipedia, I must say. After reading about erotic axphysiation, I knew exactly what to write for this prompt. o-@
