Summary: It's said that snipers develop god complexes...
Author's Notes: But in this case I don't think so.

There is an aspect of stalking in a sniper's skills. You know it well; to watch someone, intermittently at first and then more and more constantly as you learn their habits, their schedule. There's the day when you choose your perch and set up your rifle and scope and settle in, waiting sometimes for days as your target walks by over and over, never sensing you watching. Hours pass slowly as you watch through your scope, choosing your moment. Do you pull the trigger while they smile? Because they smile? Is that a good time to die, to see red?
