Title: Her Hands
Challenge/Prompt: #22 Weapon
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: Katara's hands are her weapon.
Author's Notes: I am not happy with this one at all. Not even my muse wanted to touch it. :/

Her hands were her only weapon.

A single flick of her wrist could cause the ocean to rise up and wash away her enemies or freeze the blood within one's own body or bend an enemy to her will.

To her enemies, she was a powerful master bender who could bring down a single army of Fire Nation soldiers. She had already proved it thrice to several infantries who sought her out to bring her back to the Fire Lord. They would have to find a way to neutralize her and bring her back without losing anymore soldiers.

But how?

Title: Wind In Her Hair
Challenge/Prompt: #23 Wind
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: Harsh winds can be terrible if one is trying to keep it from their face.
Author's Notes: I have no idea where this one came. I can only assume that my muse decided she was going to write this little drabble. I had been trying to figure this one out for awhile. I had been working out ideas for this one and nothing ever came up. I can only surmise my muse figured something out.

The harsh wind blew the strands of dark chocolate upward and wrapped itself around her lower face leaving only her blue eyes uncovered. Around her the people of the village were struggling against the wind itself while trying to keep their hats and shawls securely about their bodies.

Katara stood on the edge of the village trying to push her hair away from her face. Briefly she wondered if she should return to the little cabin and braid her hair but the wind was too strong to allow her hair remain in place. Resigned, Katara pressed forward into the village.

Title: Captive
Challenge/Prompt: #24 Curtains
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Katara, Zuko, implied Zuko/Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: Concealed by the curtains that hung around his bed, Zuko watches his captive sleep.
Author's Notes: It took awhile before my muse could actually work something with this. I am certain she had been playing with various scenarios, characters, and fandoms with this.

Drawing back the heavy red velvet drapes that hung limply and undisturbed around the king sized bed, Zuko's amber colored eyes peered in upon his sleeping captive. For weeks now, he had hunted and stalked her and now he had her here in his bed concealed from prying eyes of the palace staff by curtains. He had no desire for any eyes to linger upon his newly acquired prize. She belonged him and had always been his since the moment he had laid eyes upon her that fateful day the Avatar had awakened.

Now there would be no escape ever!

Title: Moonlight Reflection
Challenge/Prompt: #25 Reflection
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: Sitting at the edge of a lake, Katara reflects upon her situation.
Author's Notes: Not happy with this one.

It wasn't supposed to end this way, Katara reflected settling herself down by the edge of the lake and peered out across. The moonlight danced across the still surface of the water offering Katara the companionship she needed at the moment.

Tucking her knees underneath her chin, she let her mind drift deep into memories. Memories of the past danced in her head giving her a chance to reflect upon each and every one of them. She tried different scenarios with them but they always led to the same situation she was in now. There was never a right solution.
