Author's Notes: This is part of scene I was struggling with. It may be a bit of a loose interpretation of the prompt.

The change that came over Alec was chilling. His features had hardened, eyes glinting dangerously with barely repressed rage and steely determination, body tense and coiled and ready to strike at the slightest provocation.

Logan had never truly seen a Transgenic demonstrate the full extent of their strength or power, but even these small changes in Alec’s demeanor hinted at things Logan wasn’t sure he wanted to know. He understood the implication of Alec’s statement as surely as if the Transgenic had spelled it out in full.

He would do it.

And quite possibly lose his soul in the process.
