~

There is a question in his eyes when he sees you. He kills it out of vanity. Such a fucking narcissist, even this mockery of surprise has to be note-perfect.

"Fuck me," he holds you tight, warm and cosy and comfortable. "I thought you were gone, I thought they'd taken you."

"They did," you whisper, cradling the back of his neck. "Couldn't keep me. Babe."

He stiffens, tries to pull away. But before then, cradle becomes vise, arm becomes piston, and letter opener opens carotid. He gurgles, delicious mouth a-twist for the last time.

"Shouldn't have set me up, babe."

Title: Anger
Challenge/Prompt: #73 Anger
Original Fiction or Fanfiction: Original
Rating: PG
Warnings: None I think.
Disclaimer: Original characters, mine, copyright, … I guess you guys know the drill. ^_^”
Summary: His words make her so angry. It’s the first time anyone sees her like this…
Author's Notes: I’m really getting the hang to this again. XD

She slams her fist on the table. Eyes blazing, not a trace of the usual kindness to be found. Her face has gone from white to flaming red.

She opens her mouth. To speak, to yell, to curse. She doesn't know yet. Her eyes narrow and she shakes her head. Words refusing to get out.

"Katie, calm down, alright... We-"

If looks could kill she's sure Simon wouldn't survive this day much longer. Apparently the boy realizes it as well, because he doesn't continue.

"We what, Simon? Didn't mean it?"

Her chair bangs on the ground when she storms out.

Title: If she wasn't before...
Challenge/Prompt: #73 (Anger)
Original Fiction or Fanfiction: Original
Rating: PG
Warnings: Violence + implied violence
Disclaimer: Original characters, copyright, blah blah
Summary: Time to learn a new lesson
Author's Notes: My dad once told me "If you stab a guy in the leg and he doesn't fall down, you're in trouble." Well, this guy is in trouble.

---

The first shot knocked her off her feet. She hit the ground hard. He emptied his clip into her, then with shaking hands ejected it and reached for another.

The girl did not lie still. She rose without moving, as if a hinge were at her heels. Her eyes glowed red, burning embers in her alabaster face. Her perfectly calm, emotionless face.

And then she was at his side, her gentle whispers cold with fury. “Do you think before I was angry? Do you think now you understand pain? Fear?” She smirked. “No, not yet. But I shall teach you.”
