Dragons and Sheep Don't Mix (Part 1)

In a little valley in the middle of Berk, a small sheep is grazing. He has claimed the spot as his and his alone for four months, even fighting off a mountain goat for it. He’s very proud of his grazing spot.

Sheep is politely minding his own business one day when, quite suddenly, a very large black dragon crashes into the trees up above. He bleats in fright and frantically tries to run away. While he would never allow a goat to take his spot, a dragon definitely had free reign. Especially when the dragon looked hungry. And dangerous.

Dragons and Sheep Don't Mix (Part 2)

Days pass. Sheep begins grazing above the valley that used to be his.

He’s positively not anxious about the looming dragon in his presence. Nope, not one bit. He hopes that if he ignores it long enough, it will go away.

The dragon doesn’t go away.

Instead, it stares at Sheep from his old spot, trying to scrabble up the steep sides only to fall back to the ground. Sheep would laugh if not for the fact that the dragon had taken his spot.

When a kid appears and takes his spot too, Sheep grumps unhappily. Life was downright unfair.
