Velma Dinkley knew all about science and mythology and history.... Book things.

But there was one non-book thing that she also knew all about: Fred Jones Jr.

She knew he liked mysteries - almost as much as she did.

And she knew he liked pretty girls - almost as much as she liked hunky blonds.

But perhaps the most important thing Velma knew about Freddie was that one day... one day... he was going to stop falling under the influence of vapid red heads, and come to his senses and want a cute, curvy, brunette who looked... just like her.
