Title: Eclipsed Sun
Challenge/Prompt: #13 Boy
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Zuko/Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: The Sun Prince and the Moon Princess can never be together.
Author's Notes: This comes from a story I wrote long, long time ago. I don't remember what the name of it was but I know it's still on my fanfiction.net account. Old story is old but I thought it would fit this little drabble just a bit. :D

Once there was a boy who controlled the sun....

“Girl, I am in love with you” Zuko, the sun Prince, announced one morning as he halted the sun from rising further up into the sky and looked across to the young woman who held sway over the moon. He could see the beauty of her blue eyes shining brightly with the first rays of the sun.

“Boy, I am in love with you too,” Katara, the Moon Princess, returned but her words held such sadness within them, “but we can never be together.”

With that, she and the moon vanished.

Title: Fire's Game
Challenge/Prompt: #14 Fire
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Zuko/Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: Playing with fire often leads to obsession.
Author's Notes: Absolutely no idea where the heck this one came from. I am assuming my muse wanted something a bit dark. xD

“You play with fire you are going to get burned,” Toph warned her friend as the two of them sat at the edge of the lake enjoying the silence of the evening. “Zuko isn’t going to stop until he has found you.”

“I – I didn’t mean –“ Katara was trying to find the right words to express her regret for the mess she had placed them in. She leaned forward, placing her face into her hands to hide the tears that were threatening to form in her blue eyes. “I didn’t realize he would burn down towns to find me.”

Title: Changing The Future
Challenge/Prompt: #15 Future
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Zuko/Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: Katara learns that changing the future might not always be a good thing.
Author's Notes: Once again I have no clue where the hell this came from. My muse decides what she wants to write and no care whatsoever as to whether I am sick or not but who am I to tell her no?

I didn't want this future, she told herself as she raced across the thick grassy knolls and out of the grasp of her pursuer.

Months ago, she had been told by a Fortune Teller of a grim dark future that would seize the nation once Aang died at the hands of Zuko. Since then she had been out trying to change it until she found herself the object of obsession of the Fire Prince. Now she understood that it was entirely her fault Aang would die. That the future she was trying so hard to change was due to her.

Title: In The Rain
Challenge/Prompt: #16 Rain
Original Fiction or Fanfiction [Name of fandom]: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Characters/Pairings: Katara
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender or it's sandbox. I am just here to play with the toys and create my own alternate reality. :D
Summary: In a confrontation with the man who killed her mother, Katara stands in the rain trying to weigh the decision of his fate.
Author's Notes: I am not entirely thrilled with this one. I don't know where my muse is at this time and I could only surmise that she has decided that she needs a vacation far away from me. xD I suppose I have overworked her lately with prompts and a story currently I have been writing.

Standing in the rain with her arms stretched out, Katara had the power to control the droplets at her command and the figure cowering before her knew it as well. He had thought that he had wiped out the last waterbender of the Southern Water Tribe but now he knew he had been played the fool by the woman whom he had taken. He understood that she done it to protect her child and in doing so, insured his own fate at her daughter’s hands.

As the rain continued to fall, Katara was no longer sure she could seek revenge.
