Hello! I am new here (both Dreamwidth and this comm) and am happy to have found so many communities for writers! I'm trying to get back into writing fiction and appreciate the opportunity to share with y'all. I've also crossposted this to my journal.

“Wait!”

I tore my mouth from hers. The thrill of her in my arms was almost too much, and yet – “I am not who you think.” The dashing young captain of my first ship, I stared in sudden terror at her hands where they boldly sought the skin of my belly.

Her smile was shy, but genuine. “I know,” she murmured.

The ship rocked with the sea and I reeled with her knowledge, her acceptance. Dazed, I plundered her mouth again while she unbound my breasts and sought the damp between my thighs, and moaning, I gave over to joy.

Heh. I keep thinking about writing more, or at least writing context, but I get bogged down with other things and nothing comes of it.
